Artículo segundo . El subsidio de alimentación de los funcionarios del Departamento Nacional, de Planeación que devenguen asignaciones básicas no superiores a veintitrés mil seiscientos pesos ($ 23.600) será de setecientos cincuenta pesos ($ 750) mensuales pagaderos por el mencionado Departamento. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones o se encuentre en uso de licencia.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Departamento Nacional de Planeación suministre alimentación a los empleados que conforme a este Decreto tengan derecho al subsidio, no habrá lugar a su reconocimiento en dinero.
