ARTICULO 78. Delegación de la Ordenación del Gasto. - El Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social podrá delegar la ordenación del gasto, según el caso, en los Directores Regionales, Directores Especiales y Directores Seccionales, para la ejecución de las partidas presupuestales que se asignen a las Regionales en el Presupuesto del Ministerio. Igualmente se determinarán las cuantías hasta las cuales puedan decidir.
