Las comisiones de servicio al exterior de los servidores públicos de los órganos adscritos o vinculados serán conferidas por el jefe del órgano público respectivo. Todas las demás comisiones, incluidas las del jefe del órgano adscrito o vinculado a que hace referencia el inciso anterior, continuarán siendo otorgadas de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes.
