Grupos especiales. Los (as) viudos (as), y los huérfanos de desmovilizados, tendrán derecho a los beneficios que se establezcan para el programa, siempre y cuando el causante o las personas indicadas en este artículo no hayan recibido beneficios con anterioridad. Se entenderán por viudos o viudas de los desmovilizados, sus cónyuges y compañeros o compañeras permanentes.
