El auxilio que por la presente Ley se decreta, será pagado por el Gobierno Nacional a la Junta de Pavimentación que funciona en dicha ciudad, en cuotas trimestrales de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25,000) en forma que el total del auxilio quede íntegramente pagado en el año de 1936.
