Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para que por conducto de la Gobernación del Departamento del Tolima, proceda a la parcelación y venta de los terrenos de propiedad de la Nación, denominados "Santa Ana" y ''La Manta," en el Municipio de Falan, reservándose la misma Nación el derecho de dominio sobre el subsuelo.

Parágrafo

La venta se hará prefiriendo a los pobladores y cultivadores de los referidos terrenos.
