Aclárase el Decreto 1892 del 3 de agosto de 1994, por el cual se establece el sistema de selección, nombramiento y el régimen especial de salarios y estímulos de los cargos de Directores de Hospitales Públicos o Gerentes de Empresas Sociales de Salud del Nivel Territorial y se adiciona el Decreto 1335 de 1990, parcialmente modificado por el Decreto 439 de 1995, en el sentido que este acto administrativo reglamenta el artículo 192 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
