Art. 7.° Una vez hecha la esploracion i verificado el trazado preliminar, el Poder Ejecutivo ordenará la construccion del camino, sea por contrato, sea por administracion, invirtiendo en la obra hasta la cantidad de veinte mil pesos anuales. Al efecto se incluirá la respectiva partida en el Presupuesto para la próxima vijencia económica.
