Cuando sea necesario sustituir uno de los matadores anunciados o por lo menos la mitad de las reses que figuren en el cartel, el empresario lo hará conocer por todos los medios a su alcance y cualquier espectador tendrá derecho a que se le devuelva el importe de su localidad hasta una hora antes de la señalada para iniciarse la función.
