A medida que cada uno de los vocales ha concluido de contestar los cuestionarios, entrega sus respuestas al Presidente. Cuando todos los vocales hayan entregado sus respuestas, se procede al escrutinio, cuyo resultado, por mayoría se consigna en una copia de 182 cuestionarios que se debe dejar para el efecto, la que firman el Presidente, los vocales y el secretario.
