Cuando la disolución obedeciere a actuaciones dolosas o fraudulentas, se impondrá a los responsables las sanciones del caso, de conformidad con las previsiones de los artículos 184, 185 y 186 del Decreto extraordinario 80 de 1980, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad civil o penal a que hubiere lugar.
