º . Para los fines de este Decreto; se entiende por asociación gremial agropecuaria a la persona jurídica, de derecho privado y sin ánimo de lucro, constituida por quienes adelantan una misma actividad agrícola, pecuaria, forestal, pesquera y de defensa o restauración de los recursos naturales renovables y el medió ambiente, con el objeto de satisfacer o defender los intereses comunes de sus asociados y contribuir, al desarrollo del sector rural nacional.
