º . La Empresa Puertos de Colombia, Colpuertos, de conformidad con la implementación gradual del proceso de liquidación, permitirá que los operadores portuarios de que trata el presente Decreto, puedan realizar las actividades inherentes a los mismos, dentro de las instalaciones de esa Empresa.
