Sistema de Información y Programas. El Sistema de Apoyo al Desarrollo Institucional Municipal dispondrá de un sistema de información en el cual se registren las demandas de los municipios, las ofertas de apoyo y los indicadores que aseguren el seguimiento y evaluación de las acciones que se emprendan o ejecuten. Dichas acciones se deberán expresar en programas de apoyo al desarrollo institucional.
