Los $ 200,000 apropiados por la lei 53, hecha la deduccion de que trata al parágrafo único del artículo 15 capítulo único, gastos vanos, del Departamento de Beneficencia i Recompensas, lei 62, se pondrán oportunamente a disposición de la Asamblea Lejislativa del Estado de Santander, para que sean distribuidos entre las poblaciones que sufrieron pérdidas por consecuencia del terremoto de Cúcuta, conforme a las reglas que dicte dicha Lejislatura.
