Art. 16. Corresponden á esta Sección los Ramos de Ingeniería y Negocios generales, entre los cuales se distribuyen los siguientes asuntos. Para el Ramo de Ingeniería: 1º. Los Ferrocarriles y Caminos; 2º. Las Empresas industriales que versen sobre algún Ramo de Ingeniería, y en las que corresponda intervenir al Ministerio. Para el Ramo de Negocios generales: 1º. Las patentes de privilegio. 2º. Los asuntos no adscritos á las demás secciones.
