Medidas preventivas . Cuando quienes prestan servicios públicos incumplan de manera reiterada, a juicio de la Superintendencia, los indices de eficiencia, los indicadores de gestión y las normas de calidad definidos por las Comisiones de Regulación, la Superintendencia podrá ordenar la separación de los gerentes o de miembros de las juntas directivas de la empresa de los cargos que ocupan.
