° Representación legal y dirección de los fondos. Para el desempeño del cargo, las personas que sean designadas como representantes legales o directivos de los Fondos Ganaderos, tomarán posesión ante el Superintendente de Sociedades o ante el funcionario en quien éste delegue. Las personas designadas y posesionadas, deben permanecer en sus cargos hasta tanto tomen posesión quienes las reemplacen.
