Artículo único. La fianza con que deben asegurar su manejo los Contadores Mayores de las Divisiones y los Contadores primeros y segundos, á que se refiere el artículo 5.° de la Ley 22 de 1909, será, respectivamente, de trescientos, doscientos cincuenta y doscientos pesos oro cada uno, siempre que hubieren de considerarse como responsables del Erario. Esta fianza será hipotecaria ó prendaria, á satisfacción del Ministerio de Guerra. Comuníquese 3a los Comandantes Generales Divisionarios y publíquese.
