Período de la Junta Directiva. Los miembros principales y suplentes de la Junta Directiva serán elegidos para ejercer sus funciones dentro del período de un (1) año. La Asamblea General de Accionistas podrá reelegirlos indefinidamente, al igual que removerlos libremente antes del vencimiento de su período. En el evento de que vencido el período para el cual fueron elegidos la Asamblea no efectúe nuevas designaciones, se entenderá prorrogado su mandato hasta cuando se efectúe elección y se posesionen los escogidos.
