o. OBJETIVOS . Corresponde al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público formular y desarrollar a nombre del Gobierno Nacional las políticas del Estado en materia fiscal tributaria, aduanera, de crédito público, presupuestal de ingresos y gastos, de tesorería, cambiaría, monetaria y crediticia, sin perjuicio de las atribuciones conferidas a la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República, y las que correspondan a la intervención y regulación del Estado en las actividades financiera, bursátil, aseguradora y cualquier otra relacionada con el manejo, aprovechamiento e inversión de los recursos captados del público, de conformidad con la Constitución Política y la Ley.
