Las sociedades exportadoras y las cooperativas de productores, a más tardar el 30 de abril y el 31 de julio de 1999, deberán presentar al Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural un listado completo, en medio magnético en formato Excel e impreso, que indique la cantidad total de banano exportado por mercado de destino, la participación individual de los productores en sus exportaciones totales durante el cuarto trimestre de 1998 y primero de 1999, y el segundo trimestre de 1999, respectivamente. Este listado deberá indicar, para toda relación contractual, si la misma consta o no por escrito y su vigencia.
