Desembolso del subsidio. El desembolso del subsidio familiar de vivienda al vendedor de la misma, estará condicionado al cumplimiento de las mismas condiciones establecidas para el desembolso del subsidio del Programa de promoción de acceso a la vivienda de interés social, establecidas en el inciso tercero del artículo 2.1.1.4.1.5.2 de este decreto.
