Artículo segundo. La autorización a que se refiere el artículo anterior, será únicamente por dos años, contados desde el primero de agosto del corriente año. Cualquier prórroga <|.ue se conceda estará sujeta al concepto favorable del Instituto Nacional de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
