Artículo. 229 . Trámite. Cuando el juez ante el cual se haya presentado la acusación manifiesta su incompetencia, así lo hará saber a las partes en la misma audiencia y remitirá el asunto inmediatamente al Tribunal Superior Militar quien decidirá de plano en el término improrrogable de tres (3) días.
