Operaciones presupuestales. Para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este Decreto, el Gobierno Nacional efectuará las operaciones y traslados presupuestales que sean necesarios, para lo cual hará los ajustes a que haya lugar en el presupuesto del Fondo de Solidaridad y Emergencia Social.
