Artículo décimo. La "Prima de Navidad", a favor de los servidores de obras públicas nacionales, cuyas asignaciones se atienden con partidas globales de la Sección de la Ley de Gastos liquidada al Ministerio de Obras Públicas, se pagará por el referido Despacho con cargo a la apropiación global del respectivo servicio, en los casos en que hubiere lugar a ello.
