Del liquidador. El Presidente de la República designará el Liquidador, quien devengará la remuneración correspondiente al representante legal de la entidad pública en liquidación y estará sujeto al régimen de requisitos para el desempeño del cargo e inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éstos.
