Las cuotas que, por concepto de los contratos celebrados por el Gobierno Nacional con las Compañías productoras de manteca vegetal, ingresen al Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional, podrán invertirse en operaciones no susceptibles de reembolso, tales como primas o bonificaciones, dadas a los productores de materias primas oleaginosas.
