° Los fondos de la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones, se mantendrán en depósito o cuenta corriente, según el caso, de acuerdo con las determinaciones que adopte la Junta Directiva de la institución. La junta podrá, asimismo, invertir los fondos de la Caja en acciones industriales, cedulas hipotecarias o bonos de renta, cuando lo juzgue prudente o necesario. CAPITULO IV Dirección
