Corresponde al Comandante Superior de las Fuerzas Militares, o en su defecto, el Jefe del Estado Mayor General conocer, por apelación o consulta, de las providencias que por faltas pronuncien en primera instancia los Jueces militares. Igualmente tiene las demás atribuciones que este Código le señale.
