En los casos citados en el artículo anterior, 1a oficina destinataria dará estricto cumplimiento a las instrucciones que haya expresado el remitente en el reverso del boletín de expedición, acerca del curso que deba imponerse a la encomienda si no puede ser entregada al destinatario. Sí faltan tales instrucciones, las encomiendas caídas en rezago se devolverán sin pérdida de tiempo a la oficina de origen, con el sello o anotación respectiva indicando el motivo de la devolución.
