EL EMPLEO DE LA FUERZA Y DE LAS ARMAS. Contra los internos sólo se usará la fuerza necesaria para reducir su resistencia a una orden legal o reglamentaria impartida o para conjurar una evasión. Los miembros de la guardia que tengan que recurrir al empleo de la fuerza o de las armas, lo harán en la medida estricta y racionalmente necesaria. Deberán informar de los hechos inmediatamente después al Director del establecimiento, quien a su turno comunicará lo sucedido al Director General del Inpec si así lo considerare.
