implemented by decreto 689/21 amends ley 1636/13

Modifíquese el numeral 3° del artículo 2° de la Ley 1636 de 2013 , el cual quedará así:

"3. El Fondo de Solidaridad de Fomento al Empleo y Protección al Cesante FOSFEC, como fuente de beneficios a la población cesante que cumpla con los requisitos de acceso, de fortalecimiento de las competencias a los trabajadores afiliados a la respectiva Caja y de sus personas a cargo, enfocado a mejorar la productividad de las empresas y MIPYMES y fuente de fomento empresarial de MIPYMES afiliadas".
