Art 8. o La cuota redimible en dinero de los créditos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, continuará siendo la diez por ciento, i las redenciones podrán hacerse hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1873; de ahí en adelante, será obligatoría la redencion de todos los censos desamortizados, i el Gobierno nacional deberá hacerlos efectivos por la vía ejecutiva i en dinero efectivo.
