Notificación demandas. En las demandas que se ventilen ante las jurisdicciones ordinaria, laboral y contencioso-administrativa, que interesen a la la Policía Nacional, la admisión de las mismas deberá ser notificada personalmente al Director General de la Policía Nacional, quien en dicho acto podrá constituit apoderado, sin perjuicio de las funciones que le correspondan a los Agentes del Ministerio Público.
