Entiéndase por ejercicio de la farmacia la elaboración y análisis de los medicamentos. Se entiende por medicamentos cualquier sustancia o preparado que se destine exclusivamente al tratamiento, inmunización o prevención de las enfermedades del hombre o de los animales.

Parágrafo

La venta de los medicamentos sólo podrá hacerse en farmacia, droguerías, laboratorios o depósitos legalmente establecidos a cuyo frente se encuentre un farmacéutico responsable.
