Artículo único. La junta de Pavimentación de Bogotá, creada por el artículo 6°. de la Ley12 de 1926 será presidida por el Ministro de Obras Públicas, y en defecto de éste, por el Alcalde de Bogotá. Ninguno de los miembros que deben integrar dicha junta podrá delegar en todo o en parte a otra persona las funciones que le corresponden. Cópiese y publíquese.
