Las formalidades exigidas por la Ley 71 de 1946 , en cuanto a la Normal Superior, la Escuela Parroquial "La Consolata" y el Hogar Clínica "San Rafael", y el Colegio de Nuestra Señora de Lourdes, están llenadas por cada uno de los establecimientos, ya que los planos fueron aprobados por el Gobierno, se encuentran funcionando y se trata de terminación de construcciones.
