°. Políticas de salud pública para el control del consumo abusivo del alcohol. En los términos del artículo 33 de la Ley 1122 de 2007, el Ministerio de la Protección Social diseñará e incorporará dentro del Plan Nacional de Salud Pública, las estrategias y acciones para identificar y promover la atención y demanda de servicios de rehabilitación, cesación y curación de la población enferma por causas asociadas al consumo abusivo del alcohol.
