° Es deber del Ministro de Gobierno, con intervención del Subsecretario, formar al fin de cada año, con los cuadros parciales que remitan las autoridades de que trata el artículo 1o. de esta Ley, un cuadro general y completo de la estadística criminal y de policía de toda la República, por orden de Departamentos y con los datos comparativos que la provechosa formación de la estadística requiere.
