ARTICULO 336 . Aviso de ingreso de lesionados . Quien en hospital, puesto de salud, clínica u otro establecimiento similar, público o particular, reciba o dé entrada a persona a la cual se le hubiere ocasionado daño en el cuerpo o la salud, dará aviso inmediatamente a la autoridad respectiva. El incumplimiento de lo previsto en este artículo, acarreará multa de diez a cien salarios legales mínimos mensuales, decisión contra la cual procede el recurso de reposición.
