Cuando al revisarse un censo por el Jurado Electoral se comprobare que en la lista de sufragantes del respectivo Municipio, están incluidos nombres de individuos de otra vecindad, el Jurado Electoral procederá a disponer la exclusión de tales nombres de los censos general o especial, según el caso.

Si el Jurado Electoral dejare de cumplir con la obligación que le impone este artículo, incurrirá en las penas que señala el artículo 28 de la Ley 96 de 1920 .
