Destino de las Multas. Las multas que imponga la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud en el ejercicio de sus funciones serán giradas al Fondo Anticorrupción del Sector Salud a que se refiere el presente decreto. Las multas que imponga la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio le pertenecen a dicha entidad.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 23. Destino de las Multas. Las multas que imponga la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud en el ejercicio de sus funciones serán giradas al Fondo Anticorrupción del Sector Salud a que se refiere el presente decreto.
