Con excepción del Delegado para la Vigilancia del Ejercicio Diligente y Eficiente de las Funciones Administrativas, se requieren las mismas calidades y requisitos señalados en la Constitución Política para ser magistrado de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, de la Corte Constitucional o del Consejo de Estado.

Parágrafo

Para desempeñar el cargo de Procurador Delegado para la Vigilancia del Ejercicio Diligente y Eficiente de las Funciones Administrativas, se requieren las siguientes calidades: tener título profesional universitario y experiencia relacionada mínima de diez (10) años.
