Article 33

Pasados Treinta Días Desde La Fecha De La Resolución Que Ordenó Sacar Del Archivo El Respectivo Expediente, Y Sea Que Esté Notificada O No Se Haya Hecho La Notificación A Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior, Volverá Al Archivo Definitivamente

Pasados treinta días desde la fecha de la resolución que ordenó sacar del archivo el respectivo expediente, y sea que esté notificada o no se haya hecho la notificación a que se refiere el artículo anterior, volverá al archivo definitivamente.

Parágrafo

Cuando en la misma Resolución que dispone que se archive un expediente, se hace declaratoria de caducidad del respectivo contrato por alguna causal, el expediente no podrá volver a entrar en curso, pues el contratista ha perdido todos sus derechos.
