Todas las Sociedades Anónimas deberán enviar a la Superintendencia copia debidamente autenticada de la escritura de la Constitución de la Compañía, para el efecto de la matrícula y registro a que haya lugar.

Todas las Sociedades deben así mismo enviar a la Superintendencia copia de toda modificación que se introdujere a la escritura de constitución social.
