Junta directiva . Composición. La sociedad tendrá una junta directiva compuesta por cinco (5) miembros principales y cinco (5) miembros suplentes personales de los principales. Tanto los miembros principales como los miembros suplentes serán elegidos por la asamblea general de accionistas.
