º. Prorrógase hasta el 1º de junio de 1982 la vigencia del gravamen ad-valorem del uno por ciento (1%) establecido por el Decreto 1209 de mayo 11 de 1981 para los gránulos de poliéster cuando tengan un contenido de óxido de titanio inferior a 0.5% en peso clasificables por la posición 39.01.04.01 y sean importados como materia prima por industrias productoras de bienes para el sector textil.
