El Artículo 4° Del Decreto 127 De 2001, Quedará Así: “ Artículo 4°

°. El artículo 4° del Decreto 127 de 2001, quedará así: “ Artículo 4°. Consejería para la Acción Social y el Plan Colombia . Son funciones de la Consejería para la Acción Social y el Plan Colombia

Estudiar, manejar y tramitar los asuntos que en cada caso en particular le asigne el Presidente de la República y formular las recomendaciones correspondientes;

Desarrollar las actividades que le asigne el Presidente de la República o le sean delegadas de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes;

Las demás que le sean asignadas acordes con la naturaleza de la dependencia”.
